WHAT IS THE ROLE?
In this role, you will oversee Psycho Bunny’s organic social media presence. You have a direct impact in how we manage our social media presence, as well as influencing the strategy and brand storytelling on our platforms. You will oversee all day-to-day social media operations, this includes but is not limited to: planning and creating content with the support of the other marketing channels and creative team, build strategy, monitor, analyze and report on performance. You are eager to learn and grow and jump at the opportunity to work on special projects.
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
- Channel owner for all brand organic social media channels
- Subject matter expert for all content destined for publishing on social
- Build and deliver on an annual social strategy that inspires, engages, drives awareness and grows audiences
- Own & develop the organic social content calendar - distribution, scheduling, publishing of daily content per channel based on marketing calendars, product storytelling and real-time trends
- Participate in seasonal content planning exercises to ensure that content needs / opportunities for social are met
- Develop copy for both organic and paid social media posts which captures brand tone of voice and is expertly adapted to channel best-practices
- Own weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting on KPIs, including follower growth targets, engagement and traffic
- Own all social listening efforts, including hashtag monitoring, flagging any potential brand threats and identifying real-time marketing opportunities
- Liaise with Customer Service team to ensure timely, effective and on-brand responses to customers on social media platforms
- Protect brand integrity through regular monitoring & reporting of counterfeit goods & accounts.
WHO YOU ARE
Your achievements:
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (marketing, commerce, etc.)
Your contribution:
- Demonstrated social strategy and implementation
- Exceptional English communication/copywriting skills.
- Spanish copywriting is an asset
