WHAT IS THE ROLE ?
Psycho Bunny is a rapidly growing brand looking for a talented and passionate Associate Designer. Reporting to the Senior Designer, the Associate Designer will support the development of the various categories such as, but not limited to, woven and knits and assist in coordinating between the different departments.
To succeed, you will need to be highly engaged with the latest trends and stay informed of creative approaches.
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

You will create Adobe Illustrator sketches in order to develop color combos for all categories

You will help to create color combos for all product categories

You will be responsible for the design and development of various sub-categories with direction from the senior creative team

You will create tech packs with sketch and tech detail
-
You will assist in the presentation of collection at sales meetings, as well as other quarterly presentations

You will also assist in the revision and recoloring of art files
WHO YOU ARE ?
This is what you’ve accomplished:

Degree in Fashion Design or Equivalent
-
1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
This is what you’ll contribute to the team:

Technical knowledge of garment construction

Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, as well as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, Slides, etc.

Self-starter that shows initiative, dedication and commitment to the brand

Work independently and collaboratively within a strong design team

A multi-faceted person who possesses a strong ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet timeline requirements

An excellent communicator capable of presenting ideas to a team

An organized, results-oriented and self-motivated team player

A critical eye for one’s own work and the work of others, with the ability to provide constructive criticism and propose solutions

Some travel to our corporate office in Montreal, Canada required
