The Gig
Reporting to the Director of Customer Retention, the Manager, Email & SMS Marketing is responsible for the proactive planning, execution, and continuous optimization of Psycho Bunny's Email and SMS marketing programs. This role plays a pivotal part in translating business objectives into impactful campaigns that drive growth across both e-commerce and retail channels.
Your Daily Adventures
- Assist in developing the strategic vision and roadmap for Psycho Bunny's email and SMS marketing programs, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
- Maintain and manage the Email & SMS Marketing Calendars, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
- Act as the day-to-day Business owner of email & SMS marketing platforms, ensuring their effective use to drive channel performance and meet business objectives.
- Partner with the technology team to maintain platform functionality, troubleshoot issues, prioritize technology roadmap and support the development of new features to enhance campaign execution and personalization.
- Lead performance analysis for both campaigns and automated/triggered email and SMS journeys, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Develop actionable insights from reporting to inform high-level strategies for improving customer engagement, conversion, and overall ROI.
- Manage and mentor direct reports (e.g.,the Email/SMS Specialists) by providing the resources, tools, and guidance needed for both day-to-day responsibilities and long-term professional development.
- Lead a “Test and Learn” culture, with fast iteration and learning as an operational goal
- Drive a “One Team” approach by prioritizing collaboration and partnership with cross-functional teams
Your Toolkit
- 5-7 years of total relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Klaviyo, or a similar email service provider
- Experience with analytics & reporting tools, such as Google Analytics 4 or PowerBI
- Deep expertise in email & SMS marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, automated workflows, campaign deliverability, and data-driven A/B testing strategies
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with expertise in data storytelling and a proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to leadership teams
- Fluency in both English and French
- Experience working with Apparel Retailers or Brands is a plus.
