The Opportunity
We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive our digital advertising success, reporting to our Senior Manager of Paid Media. In this dynamic role, you'll manage day-to-day paid media operations, execute campaigns across multiple channels, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies while managing our affiliate marketing program and ensuring brand compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and passionate about digital marketing, ready to contribute to our rapidly growing
Your Daily Adventures
- Execute daily paid media operations including creative asset management and QA testing
- Coordinate campaigns with agency partners and internal teams
- Manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, focusing on KPIs like CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Oversee affiliate marketing program and partner relationships
- Maintain brand compliance across all paid channels • Support performance reporting and analysis
- Contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives
- Experience with paid media platforms and tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Excellence in project management and execution • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Your Toolkit
- 1 year of minimum experience in a similar role
- 3 years of experience in Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Paid Media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten).
- Perfect fluency in French and English for international communication
