The Opportunity
As an Analyst, Merchandise Planning at Psycho Bunny, you will play an essential role in driving sales, optimizing inventory, and fostering the strategic growth of our luxury men's fashion brand operating in Canada and the United States. You will be an integral part of leading and transforming our retail operations and will help achieve financial objectives through meticulous analysis, effective inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of our brand in a dynamic and constantly evolving market.
Your Daily Adventures
- Provide in-depth analysis of KPI results by Class/Attribute and deliver recommendations to cross-functional teams, including Buying and Allocation.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising to develop and maintain a balanced Assortment plan aligned with financial goals, category targets, and product strategies.
- Ensure effective Flow Charts management for core items, and provide optimal size breakdown, based on sale and inventory analysis.
- Support the Merchandise Planner in weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and objectives.
Your Toolkit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in merchandise planning, and/or in fashion retail is an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
