The Opportunity:
The Senior Director, Brand Marketing builds Psycho Bunny's cultural credibility and commercial performance through on-the-pulse marketing campaigns. This role leads product, retail, wholesale marketing, and partnerships, ensuring timely, on-budget execution of marketing plans. Success requires strong collaboration, communication, and the ability to balance brand-building, commercial goals, and operational realities.

Your Daily Adventures

  • Supports the Chief Digital, Marketing + CX Officer in developing overall marketing strategy and investment allocations.
  • Leads the planning and execution of seasonal brand and product marketing priorities, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Directly leads and mentors the Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, Wholesale Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to mobilize cross-functional teams and achieve marketing goals.
  • Develops data-informed creative briefs and analyzes brand and competitor performance to identify opportunities.
  • Owns workback schedules and ensures cohesive campaign presentation across all customer touchpoints.
  • Leads a "Test and Learn" culture and continuously optimizes marketing campaign development.

Your Toolkit

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus), and 10+ years of experience in Marketing with a senior level track record in Brand Marketing with a track record of driving change and performance.
  • Needs to be a strategic thinker with experience in developing brand strategy, campaigns, and assets, coupled with a strong understanding of consumer segmentation.
  • Must have excellent time, project, and organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and experience in leading and mentoring a team within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Apparel Retailers or Brands is a plus, as is fluency in both English and French.
  • US experience a must
