Wholesale Merchandising Operations Coordinator - Ville St-Laurent (on-site)

The Opportunity
The Wholesale Merchandising Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role to ensure the market launches on time for each upcoming buying season. They must also ensure that all units prebooked are PO'd on time and correctly for all Wholesale and International partners. Additionally, they will act as a communication bridge between the retail merchandising team, design, production, and the sales teams. They must ensure that information flows smoothly and that all teams are aligned on project timelines and objectives.
Your Daily Adventures
- Create, review, and amend purchase orders as required.
- Analyze (and create) reports (Open Order reports, PO reports, PLM reports, etc.) to ensure everything is correct and purchased.
- Create, update and maintain style selling linesheets for both Wholesale and International partners during the buying season.
- Manage all “Chase Buy” style creations from all channels (including Retail). Ensure all styles are created in a timely manner, are accurate and available for all our Wholesale and International partners.
- Action and ensure all changes are properly updated for all channels/systems (NuOrder, Momentis, PLM, etc). Additionally, communicate with Account Services and Sales Executives of any updates that may impact the orders.
- Support the design team on Kid and Big & Tall style creations to ensure tech packs are updated accordingly.
- Inform the Sales Executives of any styling changes during and after market. Ensure NuOrder reflects the newest version of the style.
- Ensure styles are set up correctly across all channels.
Your Toolkit
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- AEC or DEC in a relevant field
- Eagle-eye attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
