The Gig
We're hunting for a super-motivated, eagle-eyed intern to join our fantastic Project Management Office (PMO) and help us juggle a variety of cool project tasks! You'll get to dive deep into real-world project management wizardry and become a vital force in launching our awesome projects to victory.
Starting September 2025, dive into a 12-week full-time adventure and experience fashion differently.
Your Daily Adventures
- Launch smooth meetings, capture key intel (minutes!), and keep critical action items on everyone's radar
- Organize vital documents like a pro, help craft engaging updates, and keep our knowledge base shining
- Dig into project data, unearth awesome insights, and help us make smart, data-driven moves.
- Assist in mapping out slicker workflows and creating crystal-clear guides that make everyone's job easier.
- Jump in to support exciting IT integration projects and help keep things innovative and efficient.
- Be the invaluable support for our Project Managers and the whole PMO, keeping the engine humming smoothly!
Your Toolkit
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of high-level IT integrations, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and basic technical concepts, an asset.
- Comfortable in Excel, collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint), and process-mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Available to work full-time during the duration of the internship
- Bilingual (French & English)
Hiring Rate
- Year 1 Student: $20 hourly
- Year 2 Student: $22 hourly
- Year 3 Student: $24 hourly
