The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as an Allocation Analyst and transform data into strategic inventory decisions! Working closely with our Allocation Director, you'll orchestrate inventory distribution across our retail network, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. Your analytical mindset will be crucial in crafting the perfect balance between customer demand and business performance across our omnichannel environment. Ready to make an impact?
Your Daily Adventures
- Determine the ideal merchandise profile by store in order to offer the customer a world-class shopping experience
- Prepare pre-season allocation plans to ensure optimal inventory coverage in each sales channel
- Review and analyze weekly sales performance in order to replenish inventories as needed and maximize sales potential
- Review inter-channel and store transfer opportunities
- Analyze size profiles by store on an ongoing basis and adjust allocations and buying curves as needed
- Control distribution centre inventory across all channels
- Develop analysis and allocation tools to support growing business opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide reporting to align with business goals
- Partner with cross functional teams to proactively adjust by store assortments to maximize store sales
Your Toolkit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a solutions-driven approach
- Outstanding organizational skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/French) with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative team player who excels in strategic thinking and cross-functional partnerships
