The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as an Advisor, Total Rewards, and help shape the future of our employee experience! Working directly with the Director of Total Rewards, Payroll and HRIS, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative compensation and benefits programs that attract top talent and celebrate our employees' contributions. Your Daily Adventures
Compensation (75%)
- Lead organization-wide compensation programs, including design and enhancement of retail pay structures
- Conduct market analysis and participate in annual surveys to ensure competitive positioning
- Partner with HRBPs on salary recommendations and compensation decisions
- Monitor and maintain equity in salary structures and policies
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and US minimum wage regulations
- Support job evaluation processes and maintain HRIS compensation data
- Develop and deliver engaging Total Rewards communications
Pension & Benefits (15%)
- Manage pension and benefits program administration
- Oversee service provider relationships and data integrations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Analytics & Reporting (10%)
- Generate key people metrics and analytics
- Create actionable insights from HR data
- Develop and maintain leadership dashboards
Your Toolkit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Seven (7) years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years specializing in Total Rewards
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation is an asset
- Demonstrated experience with compensation program design and implementation
- Strong track record in HRIS/HCM systems implementation and management
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookup, data modeling)
- Experience with HR analytics and dashboard creation
- Comprehensive understanding of job evaluation methodologies, salary structure design, incentive compensation, benefits and retirement plans
- Proven ability to influence and present compelling insights to executive stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, combining analytical rigor with agile execution in a fast-paced environment
