Jump in and help our team create awesome employee perks, smart pay strategies, HRIS reporting solutions, and recognition programs on projects that matter – it's your launchpad into the world of People and Culture and HR technology.
Starting September 2025, dive into a 12-week full-time adventure and experience fashion differently.
Your Daily Adventures
- Become our Total Rewards trend-spotter, diving into market research and data to uncover fresh ideas and game-changing insights for the team!
- Get hands-on with our compensation magic, crunching numbers, and creating reports that ensure we’re rewarding our team right!
- Master our P&C tech and HRIS systems - create reports and dashboards, analyze people data, and help maintain our benefits administration while driving business insights!
- Help design and roll out exciting new employee reward initiatives and be the hero who keeps our crucial program info perfectly organized!
- Unleash your communication creativity by helping us craft clear and exciting messages about our Total Rewards programs!
- Tackle ad-hoc projects and strategic missions, wowing us with your fresh perspectives and analytical super-skills!
Your Toolkit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics or a related field with a keen interest in Total Rewards and HR technology
- Available to work full-time during the duration of the internship
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Hiring Rate
- Year 1 Student: $20 hourly
- Year 2 Student: $22 hourly
- Year 3 Student: $24 hourly
