The Opportunity
Obsessed with digital growth? Psycho Bunny is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to directly support and execute our dynamic paid media programs! You'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless campaign creative delivery, influence optimization, and play a key role in building strategic initiatives like our Affiliate program and Personalization roadmap. This is your chance to drive real impact at the intersection of creative, tech, and customer insights.
Your Daily Adventures
- Contribute to the execution of "Always On" Paid Media campaigns across various channels, including search, affiliates, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Customer Insights team to develop advanced customer segmentation lists for precise audience targeting.
- Maintain and implement new product catalog workflows as needed.
- Utilize Paid Media Platforms and other reporting tools (both internal and agency) to meticulously measure the impact of paid media efforts on key performance indicators.
- Stay abreast of the latest Paid Media industry trends by leveraging agency and industry resources.
- Manage the asset delivery process to ensure timely campaign execution, encompassing creative briefing support based on industry best practices, content approvals, and quality assurance.
- Organize and manage digital asset folders for all program channels.
- Track campaign development progress efficiently using team project management tools.
- Update and maintain the Paid Media calendar, ensuring accurate reflection of all activations and promotions.
- Oversee the receipt, payment, and follow-up of all paid media invoices.
Your Toolkit
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Shopify, Google/Meta Ads, and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., GA4) is a plus.
- Strong interest in and understanding of online shopping.
- Interest in developing analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with apparel retailers or brands is a plus.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule is a plus.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
