The Opportunity
We're looking for a Manager, Paid Media to join Psycho Bunny, reporting to the Director, eComm and Paid Media. This role is about transforming our brand and commercial goals into a best-in-class Paid Media program across digital and traditional platforms. You'll drive planning and optimization, working with both internal teams and external agencies. Success hinges on balancing strategic thinking with hands-on management to deliver innovative, personalized, and efficient programs. Your Daily Adventures
- Reviewing Paid Search and Paid Social campaign activities daily to provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Monitoring expenditures and analyzing variances to ensure fiscal responsibility within the Paid Media program.
- Reporting on campaign performance regularly to diverse audiences.
- Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Managing campaign execution across platforms, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
- Establishing robust A/B creative testing approaches to optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Monitoring and adapting to industry trends, competitive landscapes, and advancements in market and technology.
Your Toolkit
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and others; staying up-to-date with industry trends and best
- practices.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the Marketing Technology stack.
