The Gig
As our Human Resources Intern, you'll be a key part of our People & Culture team, providing essential administrative and operational support. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain practical experience, supporting functions such as employee support, records, and general HR administration. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student who i is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced HR environment.
Starting in fall 2025, dive into a part-time adventure and experience fashion differently.
Your Daily Adventures
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing HR documents and employee records
- HR Operations: Support the HR team in updating and maintaining employee information in our internal databases.
- Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Special Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, such as organizing employee events or conducting research on HR best practices.
Your Toolkit

Competing your last year of a specialized CEGEP program (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Eager to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
