The Opportunity
Be the champion of customer loyalty! As our Lead, Loyalty Program, you will own the strategy and execution of a robust loyalty and clienteling program, driving Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). You will serve as the key liaison across IT, E-commerce, and Marketing to deliver a personalized digital roadmap. Join us in this high-impact role, balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational management to ensure our market-leading program is both ROI-focused and brand-aligned.
Your Daily Adventures
- Own the Loyalty Roadmap: Define and deliver the detailed strategy and roadmap for the Loyalty & Clienteling programs, translating the business vision into robust, market-leading features.
- Drive Customer Insights: Deeply understand the customer journey and conduct user testing to leverage insights for developing elevated, personalized experiences across all channels.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the key liaison across all major stakeholders (IT, E-commerce, Marketing, Data) to ensure project alignment and drive value delivery for the business.
- Product Management & Optimization: Lead the development of program features from ideation through launch, prioritize initiatives based on engagement/conversion, and maintain a rigorous A/B testing backlog to optimize performance.
- Technology Business Ownership: Act as the day-to-day Business Owner of the Loyalty & Clienteling technology platforms, managing functionality and prioritizing the technology roadmap with development partners.
- Performance Tracking: Define goals and KPIs, and regularly report on metrics that directly contribute to the overall Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and business objectives.
Your Toolkit
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience, with an ability to oversee system development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the Marketing Technology stack; experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
- Proven experience structuring and implementing robust A/B testing programs.
- Talent for customer research, leveraging insights to prioritize a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in data storytelling for leadership teams.
- Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management
- Experience working with Apparel Retailers or Brands is a plus
- Fluency in English and French is a strong plus.
