The Opportunity
As Merchandise Planner on our team, you will drive sales and inventory optimization for our growing North American luxury retail operations. You will translate financial objectives into actionable stock strategies through meticulous data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role is right at the heart of our retail evolution, making sure our inventory stays lean and profitable as we continue to scale across Canada and the USA.
Your Daily Adventures

Team up with merchandising and leadership teams to build departmental plans that hit our sales, inventory, and margin targets.

Keep the momentum going with deep-dives into inventory needs and expert-level OTB management.

Collaborate with the merch team to create perfectly balanced assortment plans that align with our financial goals and product vision.

Lead the charge on markdown management and inventory lifecycles down to the style and color level.

Provide the strategic roadmap for promotions through deep-dive analysis that maximizes impact.

Support various teams including marketing, e-comm, and store ops with quantitative insights that turn data into action.

Help us level up by refining our planning processes, templates, and tools to keep things running smoothly.
Your Toolkit
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, along with advanced analytical and quantitative skills to tackle complex challenges.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of retail math, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French to effectively present complex information and influence decision-making.
- A proactive, collaborative approach that allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
